Here’s a video from a fun little TV segment I did with a good friend who owns Maya Moon Cacao, a company that sells chocolate truffle and drinking cacao. They also have a cafe in San Diego, California where they serve cacao and other fare. It’s a great community gathering place where I hold many of my hands-on workshops!
Anyway, we paired our classic cucumber dill pickles with some of Maya Moon’s amazing cacao with honey marshmallows. The combination was… well, you’ll see!
The full segment was to promote an upcoming workshop, and, well, I may have let the cat out of the bag about my big news, too!
