hi- sorry, i can’t find anywhere on the site to just email you directly. i would like to know if someone in your group would like to do a podcast discussion about fermenatation basics for our outdoor survival school, the human path. We teach a lot of urban self-sustainability skills and have lately noticed a lot of interest about fermenting foods. we would very much like to spread the word about another great way of preparing food naturally.
