i’ve been making multiple loaves of sourdough bread loaves lately and I wanted a way to get the exact amounts, especially handy for bulk fermenting.
Note: I found that bulk doughs larger than 3.5 kg (about 7 lbs.) become quite difficult to mix by hand. Make more than this, and you’re generally going to need a commercial mixer!

I cannot link to the sourdough dough/bread calculator…what am I missing
