just received my beginners kit. can’t wait to get started but first need to locate wide mouth jars. seems like this stuff is hard to find. If can’t find locally,will do the internet thing but really hope locally cause i’m ready to start!
I have some of the lids to ferment stuff. I have done sauerkraut in a crock before but it had been a while.
