The Sweet Farm is a multi-generational farm focusing on sustainability in its food production, building, and daily living. It is also the home of Sweet Farm Sauerkraut. We offer a variety of naturally fermented krauts made with nothing but organic (local whenever possible) vegetables, sea salt, and spices. Our traditional fermentation methods create fresh, crisp and delicious krauts that are full of probiotics and healthy bacteria. We also make an array of delicious, naturally fermented pickles and ginger beer, as well as cultured mustards.
