Next Steps

  1. Download and complete this attendee address form, so we can ship the attendees their kits (if applicable).
  2. Send the completed attendee address list to me (reply back to this message) no later than 21 days before your booked workshop date.
  3. Send this Preparation Instructions and Shopping List sheet to each attendee so they can buy the items needed to work together before we meet.
  4. If you require an invoice, please let me know and I will send you one.

Booking and Cancellation Policies

  • Payment in full is due at time of booking.
  • Cancellations more than 21 days before booked appointment is entitled to an 80% refund, less cost of shipping kits (if kits have been shipped to attendees).
  • Cancellations between 14 and 21 days before appointment are entitled to a 50% refund, less cost of shipping kits (if kits have been shipped to attendees).
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before booked appointment are not refundable.
  • If you need to reschedule, contact us! We will try to work with you on a rescheduled date, within 30 days of the originally booked appointment.
