- Although it is safe to ship and even eat at room temperature, we recommend storing your kimchi in the refrigerator when you receive the goods.

This kimchi is so good .. I have memories in my senses from childhood of my mom and aunts making big batches of kimchi while telling stories and talking about the day. This kimchi is not made by Koreans but man, it’s goood. It has the homemade, non commercial small batch, good energy. It has made my day so happy, thank you Austin !

It is the best Kimchi ever, taste just like what I used to eat in Korea and all over South East Asia. I bought one of each Spicy and non-spicy. I’ll be buying more in the future.
