Traditional (Spicy) Kimchi
- Napa Cabbage and radish. The kimchi (DIY recipe here) style you see most often in Korean restaurants and supermarkets
- It’s spicy, but not fireball hot (about 2 out of 5 spicy)
- Ingredients: Napa cabbage, radish, green onion, garlic*, ginger*, soy sauce*, chile pepper, sea salt

Apologies for not reviewing my white and red kimchi orders sooner. I’ve been ordering them every three months for the past two years.
The ingredients are fresh, simple, and clearly labeled, and delivery arrives within 1–2 days. After taking several of Austin’s kimchi classes, I can confirm this kimchi delivers on excellent flavor without being too spicy.
This pairs well with my noodle soup dishes (Japanese style) and stir-fries, and gives just right amount of firm texture and flavor without overpowering the broth.
I can’t say enough good things about these 2 products—its consistent quality makes every dollar well spent.

This kimchi is so good .. I have memories in my senses from childhood of my mom and aunts making big batches of kimchi while telling stories and talking about the day. This kimchi is not made by Koreans but man, it’s goood. It has the homemade, non commercial small batch, good energy. It has made my day so happy, thank you Austin !
