Apple-Ginger Sauerkraut
This is our classic sauerkraut (recipe link), in classic green cabbage style. We also add caraway seed, tart apples and fresh diced ginger root, which sweeten and balance the flavors. It’s sweet and bursting with flavor!
Ingredients: organic cabbage, organic apple, organic ginger root, organic caraway seed, sea salt
Garlic Dill Sauerkraut
Inspired by a love of garlic dill pickles, this captures the spirit of both juicy sauerkraut and the summertime classic dill pickle! It’s a little too early for cucumbers, so this kraut will tide you over and scratch that itch!

- Ships via USPS Priority Mail. (please use a PO Box for your shipping address if USPS doesn’t deliver to your door).
- Although it is safe to ship and even eat at room temperature, we recommend transferring the contents to a glass jar and/or storing your pickles in the refrigerator as soon as you receive them.
- Fermented at least 14 days.
