  1. Kathleen

I attended the special kimchi class at Life Farm in Clearwater, FL. The course was very detailed and had a hands on component that provided the opportunity to not only get experience making kimchi itself but the opportunity to ask those question you might have when making the actual item. We took home a jar and fermented it at home. It turned out delish! I appreciated all the questions Austin answered and his addition of health related comments and stories.
