DEMO: We’ll show you how easy it is to start making fermented foods yourself at home! We’ll demo cultured milk and many recipes you can make with it, all of which are loaded with healthy “probiotic” bacteria

TASTE: We’ll have a variety of holiday themed bites and beverages (including world-famous cultured eggnog!) made with cultured milk (kefir)

DO IT YOURSELF: Roll up your sleeves and make your very own bottle of cultured eggnog, ready just in time for the holidays!

I attended the raw milk and cultured dairy workshop this past December 11th @ Wild Willow Farm. It was a joy to hear of all the amazing benefits of both raw milk and kefir, as well as learn all the great off-shoots that making kefir can provide you with! Who would’ve thought it can make the worlds best eggnog?
Thanks to Austin & his kindness + broad spectrum of knowledge on the topic. I feel no question went unanswered. I went in not knowing what a kefir was, to having started multiple kefir recipes in the 48 hrs post-course! I highly recommend this course to anybody even slightly interested in the topic.
