The experience includes:

  • A presentation by Mark McAfee (CEO & Founder of Raw Farm, and Raw Milk Institute) about the benefits of raw milk

  • Discussion about food fermentation and its many benefits

  • Demo and sampling of raw and cultured probiotic-rich dairy foods such as yogurt, kefir, and fresh cheese!

  • Holiday bonus: Sample cultured eggnog

  • Includes a take-home milk kefir culture

We’ll be snacking on some raw dairy treats such as raw milk, kefir, butter and cheese! Homemade sourdough bread will also be served.
