You will learn all about sourdough, and how to make a loaf of sourdough bread.

• We’ll explain fermentation and have a brief discussion about the benefits of making and eating fermenting foods

• We’ll show you how easy it is to start making naturally-leavened bread yourself at home!

• We’ll talk about how to maintain starter and what to do with leftover starter, aka “discard”

• We’ll serve samples of sourdough bread to try

Copies of Austin’s book, Fearless Fermenting, will be available for purchase. Purchase not required.
