Jennifer & Eric make jun kombucha, fermented with local raw honey and organic green tea. We never secondary ferment. We pair seasonal, local honey varietals, such as Eucalyptus, sage blossom and buckwheat, with jasmine, gunpowder or other interesting organic green tea. We sell our jun served cold and carbonated on tap at the following locations:
