What is escabeche? You’ve seen it at taco bars (except there it’s usually quick-pickled, not fermented!) It’s a delicious and mildly spicy mix of chopped veggies.
I cut out the seeds and membranes from the pepper; so they’re spicy but not fireball hot (about 2 out of 5 stars spicy).
Comes in a wide-mouth mason jar with our logo sticker, which you get to keep and re-use!
Ingredients: Carrot, cauliflower, jalapeño, onion, garlic, oregano, marjoram, sea salt, water. Fermented 14 days
Keep refrigerated. Lasts up to 3 months in refrigerator.
