[San Diego] Farm-to-Bottle Kombucha Workshop

This class will cover how to make it safely at home, including secondary flavoring. Sample various seasonal kombucha flavors!
We will also pick fresh herbs right from the farm to use in flavoring our kombucha!
The experience includes:
- Instruction on how to make kombucha at home
- A flight of Kombucha tasters
- An herb walk through Wild Willow Farm to pick fresh herbs to flavor your own bottle of kombucha
- one Live kombucha culture (SCOBY) to take home
- A take-home swing-top bottle of kombucha that you will flavor in class with seasonal fruits and herbs
