This class will teach you how to turn cow milk into more nutritious and healthy food!
The experience includes:
- Discussion about food fermentation and its many benefits
- Demo and sampling of probiotic-rich dairy foods such as kefir, and of course, eggnog!
- A take-home bottle of kefir eggnog
